I am finishing my B.S. in Biology and Psychology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, graduating in December 2026, and my journey in biomedical research is just beginning. I joined the Najafov Lab in October 2026, and I am passionate about learning new things and understanding the complexities of research. I am enthusiastic about helping the lab work efficiently and contributing to its goals. My goal is to pursue a career in medicine, and I am excited that this position will help me dive into biomedical research and see how its findings make an impact on society. Outside of the lab, I enjoy reading, traveling, and trying new cuisines.
